Lost Student Numbers

In the event you have lost your student number, do not call the IBABC office as student numbers will not be given out over the phone. You will have to wait to receive your pass/fail letter and mark card in the mail. Mark cards are mailed the same day that the marks are posted online.

Re-marks

Please be aware that all exams scored between 55 - 59% are automatically re-marked free of charge by a separate marking panel prior to the exam results being posted.

The cost for another remark is $75. For exams scoring below 55%, a re-mark costs $75. All requests for re-marks must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of marks being posted on the website.

Graduates

When you have completed all four levels of CAIB successfully, you will receive a completion letter and diploma/certificate application form by email. Please ensure to read the letter carefully and return the completed form as instructed.
